Few names are better known in American knifemaking than Kit Carson. Kit began bladesmithing during his 20 years of service in the United States Army, and was one of the earliest designers and proponents of the flipper. The M16 is among his most famous and timeless designs; this edition from CRKT, the M16-02KS, features a 3.06" 12C27 Sandvik blade, with Carson's patented flipper and a secure frame lock. The Tanto-style blade geometry offers an extremely strong tip for your toughest jobs, whether that's puncturing enemy armor or opening a soup can.
The knife and service was great, I just wish Gallantry had the ability to make the process easier for people who bought the item as a gift. Hide the price, include return receipt, etc.
