Gallantry ships orders Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays. Estimated transit times are shown during checkout, and these are transit estimates of once the item ships from our CA warehouse.
All in-stock orders will leave our warehouse within 24 hours of the order being placed. Any order placed during a weekend will ship on the first business day following that weekend. A signature is required for all orders over $300.
All orders in the U.S. ship for free until Christmas (December 25th). All other orders will be calculated at checkout using live carrier rates to ensure you get the best possible shipping price. And yes, we ship to both Alaska and Hawaii.
All U.S. orders that are placed before Thursday December 20th at Noon PST using the free U.S. shipping method are guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas.
All U.S. orders placed using UPS Next Day delivery at checkout, must be placed by Friday December 21st at 3pm for guaranteed Christmas delivery.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that any orders made beyond that time will be delivered before by Christmas.
All orders placed during the months of November and December may be returned through January 31st of the following year.
UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air options ship same day if order is placed by 3 PM Pacific Time. UPS packages will not be delivered on Saturdays but will be delivered on the next business day.
All international orders will be calculated at checkout using live carrier rates to ensure you get the best possible shipping price. International shipments can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks to arrive at their final destination.
International customers are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping. Customs, duties, and taxes can vary, so please be sure to check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. If a package is returned to sender, the customer will be held liable for the original shipping costs. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to freight forwarding addresses due to accountability and reliability issues. Orders placed using a freight forwarding address will be cancelled, and the original form of payment will be refunded.
