Inspired in equal parts by the American spirit and an outcast biker mentality, Silver Piston was born entirely through passion. In 2009, Steve West began taking smithing classes at a local community college in Savannah, Georigia. There, he learned to handcraft unique rings from fabled American buffalo nickels. As time passed, he has expanded his offerings into the wider EDC category, without ever losing the rebellious anti-corporate attitude that got him started in the first place.
