Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered, which is why we offer FREE domestic returns. If something is not right, please follow the directions below to make a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase. 

Refunds are only available for unused merchandise with original, undamaged packaging and tags.

Return Process

1. Please email us at support@gallantry.com to initiate a return. Be sure to include your order number in the subject line.

2. Our support team will send you a FREE, pre-paid USPS return shipping label.

3. Simply re-package the item, attach the pre-paid label, and drop the package off at your nearest USPS location

4. You're done!

Please Note: Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment, and will be issued 3-4 business days after receipt of return. Refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order (if applicable).

International Returns

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide our international customers with a free pre-paid return label. We are still happy to issue a full refund for the product within the same 30-day window, less the return shipping cost.

Please email us at support@gallantry.com to initiate your international return. Be sure to include your order number in the subject line.

Holiday Returns

All orders placed during the months of November and December may be returned through January 31st of the following year.

*Some items are not eligible for return. This includes all Final Sale and vacuum sealed items, both of which will be noted on the product page.
