ORDERING

HOW TO NAVIGATE

There are several ways to navigate Gallantry. Using the toolbar at the top of the page, you can select any category to see a full listing of the items we offer of that type. You can also click the EXPLORE button at the top left of the toolbar and a dropdown menu will allow you to navigate between top brands, collections, our journal, and several other options.

HOW TO PURCHASE

Once you have found an item you would like to purchase, use the plus or minus buttons surrounding the quantity to choose how many of that item you want and then simply press the ADD TO CART button. You will then be taken to your cart where you can choose to either go back to our shop or you can select the CHECKOUT button and follow the instructions to complete your purchase.

HOW TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT

An account is not required to make purchases. If you choose, however, an account may be set up any time before or at checkout. Simply click the LOG IN link at the top right of any page, click the CREATE AN ACCOUNT link below the LOGIN button, and follow the instructions.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Once you've created an account, you can view any of your past purchases and/or account information after you log in. If you need to edit, change, or add an address, simply click the VIEW YOUR ADDRESSES button at the bottom right of your account page, select whichever action you require, and follow the instructions. To log out, simply select the LOG OUT link in the upper right of any page.

HOW TO RECOVER A PASSWORD

If you have forgotten your password, go to the log in page, select FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? link at the bottom of the page, and follow the instructions.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Paypal as valid forms of payment and the current sales tax is added to all Florida orders at checkout.

DISCOUNTS AND GIFT CARDS

Unfortunately, we do not offer gift cards, discount codes, or coupons at this time.

SHIPPING

Gallantry ships orders Monday through Friday - excluding federal holidays.  All in-stock orders will leave our warehouse within one business day of placing your order. A signature is required for all orders over $300.

U.S. Shipping

All orders over $50 within the domestic U.S. are eligible for free shipping. All other orders will be calculated at checkout using live carrier rates to ensure you get the best possible shipping price.

International Shipping

All international orders will be calculated at checkout using live carrier rates to ensure you get the best possible shipping price. International customers are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping. 

Please note that average transit times are given as estimates only, and actual transit time may be considerably longer in some cases. Gallantry does not make any delivery guarantees for orders shipped to addresses outside of the US. Once we have delivered the merchandise to the carrier, the receiver will assume all risk of loss and title for the merchandise.

International customer must check their local laws regarding the importation of any items before purchase. Gallantry cannot be held responsible for any item that has been designated as restricted from importation by any customs agency.

All international orders require a valid phone number to be entered upon checkout. This ensures that if there are any issues with the order, the mail courier can quickly get in contact with the customer to resolve the issue.

Return To Sender

Packages that are returned to sender (sent back to our shipping warehouse) due to incorrect shipping information will automatically be refunded by our customer service team upon receipt less any shipping costs.

LAST CALL

All of the gear you’ll find in our Last Call section has been marked down in price. All sales are final with no returns.

RETURNS

We want you to get exactly what you ordered. If something is not right, please follow the directions below to make a return within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Items returned must be new, unopened, and in their original packaging. Open box returns on non-defective items will not be accepted. Please check out our return policy here.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We collect information from you when you place an order or subscribe to our newsletter.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

WHAT DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION FOR?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

To process transactions: your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

To send periodic emails: the email address you provide may be used to send you information, respond to inquiries or requests, or to ask questions.

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database, only to be accessible by those who are authorized with special access rights to such systems and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.

DO WE USE COOKIES?

Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

We use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart.

DO WE DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION TO OUTSIDE PARTIES?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or other's rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

CALIFORNIA ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT COMPLIANCE

Because we value your privacy, we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

CHILDRENS ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT COMPLIANCE

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act) and we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products, and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

ONLINE PRIVACY POLICY ONLY

This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline.
