There are several ways to navigate Gallantry. Using the toolbar at the top of the page, you can select any category to see a full listing of the items we offer of that type. You can also click the EXPLORE button at the top left of the toolbar and a dropdown menu will allow you to navigate between top brands, collections, our journal, and several other options.
Once you have found an item you would like to purchase, use the plus or minus buttons surrounding the quantity to choose how many of that item you want and then simply press the ADD TO CART button. You will then be taken to your cart where you can choose to either go back to our shop or you can select the CHECKOUT button and follow the instructions to complete your purchase.
An account is not required to make purchases. If you choose, however, an account may be set up any time before or at checkout. Simply click the LOG IN link at the top right of any page, click the CREATE AN ACCOUNT link below the LOGIN button, and follow the instructions.
Once you've created an account, you can view any of your past purchases and/or account information after you log in. If you need to edit, change, or add an address, simply click the VIEW YOUR ADDRESSES button at the bottom right of your account page, select whichever action you require, and follow the instructions. To log out, simply select the LOG OUT link in the upper right of any page.
If you have forgotten your password, go to the log in page, select FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? link at the bottom of the page, and follow the instructions.
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Paypal as valid forms of payment and the current sales tax is added to all California orders at checkout.
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift cards, discount codes, or coupons at this time.
Gallantry ships orders Monday through Friday - excluding federal holidays. All in-stock orders will leave our warehouse within 24 hours of placing your order. A signature is required for all orders over $300.
All orders over $50 in the U.S. ship for free. All other orders will be calculated at checkout using live carrier rates to ensure you get the best possible shipping price.

Please note that average transit times are given as estimates only, and actual transit time may be considerably longer in some cases. Gallantry does not make any delivery guarantees for orders shipped to addresses outside of the US. Once we have delivered the merchandise to the carrier, the receiver will assume all risk of loss and title for the merchandise.
All international orders require a valid phone number to be entered upon checkout. This ensures that if there are any issues with the order, the mail courier can quickly get in contact with the customer to resolve the issue.
