The FutureForm material that gives it structure broke down in to pieces in less than 2 years. The pieces then balled up internally and deformed the wallet. Gallantry customer services informed me they themselves do not offer warranty since they don't manufacture the item but Pioneer Carry will also tell you they only support claims on items purchased directly from their own site. So essentially, Pioneer Carry items purchased from Gallantry do not have any warranty.
