Very disappointed, the treasure does not retract without help. For the money spent, it is very disappointing.

I ordered 2 Ti-Tape Measures. Unfortunately, as well as they were packed (very nice black bubble wrap envelope), USPS damaged the package and neither tape measures arrived. The crew at Gallantry was very helpful and supportive in coming to a resolution. I'm sure the tape measures would be great...and I will order them once they're in stock again.
