The Hardin is the result of TJB setting out to completely redesign the traditional climbing carabiner, transforming the piece of gear into a more compact and EDC-friendly form. Made from ultra-rugged 1/4” thick, drop-forged 6063 aluminum, the Hardin boasts a dual-compartment design with a spring-loaded latch that eliminates accidental deployments. In addition to making for an incredibly durable yet lightweight item, the Hardin’s use of top-shelf 6063 aluminum also allows it to take on a variety of rich, vibrant anodized colors options, such as the vivid deep black seen here. And on top of offering a more secure alternative to regular keychains or carabiners, the Hardin also sports a markedly sleeker and more modern-looking aesthetic that adds an extra dose of style to any EDC loadout.
This is a awesome carabiner! I liked so much I got the black one too. Plus I just ordered a different style carabiner from this brand. Quality stuff. Super light weight. Fits great on the belt loop and the keys can't fall off.
